Hallo Ferien Freunde,
Ihr müsst unbedingt einen Ferienausflug zu den Hausherrin Monica in die Villa Antica Colonia am Lago di Orta. Wir waren leider nur drei Tage dort, aber es fühlte sich an wie drei Wochen Ferien.
Die Villa ist der Hammer und die Gastfreundschaft ist wie in einem 6. Stern Hotel. Die Aussicht auf den See war so wunderschön und die Stille, ich konnte zum ersten Mal nach langer Zeit wieder durchschlafen. All die Zimmer, was eigentlich ein Zweizimmer-Wohnung entspricht, hatte ich noch nie erlebt, einer ist schöner als das andere und vor allem sind die Wohnungen nicht gleich, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigener Charakter.
Das Frühstück-Buffet, kommt frisch ins Zimmer serviert und die Ortschaft, so süss und klein, so wie man sich das wünscht.
Also ich geh so schnell wie möglich wieder dort ihn, um einfach dort die Zeit zu geniessen.

...Absolut wunderschöne location...
Absolut wunderschöne location an bester Lage mit Sicht auf See und Berge, im Stile von when history meets modern touch. Neu restauriert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was es braucht zum erholsame Tage zu geniessen. Frühstück regionaler Produkte nach eigener Wahl wird aufs Zimmer serviert. Gastgeberin Monica liest jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und ist hilfsbereit und organisiert alles in no time but any time. Absolutely best host ever!

We stayed at Villa Antica Colonia for a short getaway over the weekend. If you are looking for a place with impeccable service to relax, I highly recommend Villa Antica Colonia. This property is a gem located in Pettenasco, overlooking Orta Lake. We were amazed by the breathtaking view and the charm of this family-run villa. Upon arrival, Monica welcomed us with a friendly smile and took some of her time to show us our apartment and the rest of the property. She made sure to make our stay as peaceful and smooth as possible by giving us privacy and by handling perfectly the booking of restaurants for us. We had a lot of time to enjoy the jacuzzi facing the lake at sunset; what a treat! The apartment had a spectacular panoramic view and a lot of light. It had all the necessary equipment for a stay; everything was functional and modern. The breakfast delivered directly to the door was fresh and containing local products. Getting to have breakfast with this view was a delight.

Le Top!!
Le paradis s'ouvre à vous dès la porte d'entrée principale poussée, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lago d'Orta. Toutes les chambres (à l'exception du studio) permettent de profiter d'une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons occupé l'appartement "Valentina", qui est spacieux, lumineux et très calme. Et on ne parle pas de la terrasse privative, qui est gigantesque et qui donne en plein sur le lac. Pas mieux pour profiter du magnifique petit déjeuner "à la carte", personnalisé et conçu à notre mesure, ou d'un bon apéro. Et on n'oublie pas de parler du jacuzzi, qui peut difficilement être mieux placé pour se détendre après une journée de visites de la région. En résumé, on peut tout simplement dire que les photos sont très représentatives de l'endroit. Un dernier mot, finalement, sur l'accueil, qui est au niveau de la villa. Monica est en effet extrêmement disponible, accueillante et de très bon conseil. Un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons!!

Monica is the most charming and welcoming host. I highly recommend this wonderful collection of beautifully stylish apartments . The location is perfect for a peaceful relaxing short break , our biggest treat was the wonderful breakfast choice delivered to our room every morning with fresh local produce & brought in basket .

Villa Antica Colonia surpassed our expectations. The apartments were top and the views magnificent. Seldom received a service as good as here. The host and staff made our stay unforgettable. We will return with certainty.
There is literally nothing we could write that would have a negative ring to it. All was top-notch.

Relaxing and luxurious atmosphere
Amazing view and hospitality. Great breakfast - fresh, delicious and generous. The suite was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Monica the hostess was friendly and very helpful. The jacuzzi area was relaxing and situated in the beautiful lake view.

Peace of paradise on earth!
We stayed at the penthouse apart which was a masterpiece in terms of decoration, cleanliness with a fully equipped kitchen no mentioning the view. Oh the view!!!! It is breathtaking!! With calm and peaceful surroundings! Monica the owner is very passionate about her property and supportive for any need you may have.

Unforgettable: a perfect, beautiful, relaxing holiday
We had the apartment : Valentina The property has a nice quiet location for relaxing. Everything is beautifully decorated and decorated and very clean. The manager and the staff very accommodating, always friendly and nice. The breakfast was very varied, you could choose something new every day and then every morning at the desired time in a basket outside the door.
For us there was nothing negative.

Erholung pur
Eigentlich würde ich gern keine gute Bewertung schreiben, damit keiner an diesen zauberhaften Ort möchte und ich immer eines dieser wunderschönen Zimmer bekomme. Aber das Iman man nicht machen. Die Residence liegt wunderbar mit tollem Ausblick. Gastgeberin und Service sind herausragend. Zuvorkommend, umsichtig immer da. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Un lieu enchanteur !
Magnifique demeure. La vue sur le lac d’Orta est sublime, les appartements très joliment décorés, confortables et fonctionnels. Monica, l’hôtesse des lieux, fait tout pour que l’on passe les meilleures vacances possibles. Le lac d’Orta est également une très belle découverte : beaucoup moins touristique que ses voisins, on apprécie le calme et l’authenticité de cette région.
Je recommande totalement.

La dolce vita!
Een prachtige en betoverende locatie. Vanaf dag 1 voelden wij ons welkom en thuis door Monica. Onze casa Giuseppe had een groot privéterras met een geweldig uitzicht over het mooie Ortameer. We hebben een fantastische week gehad en komen graag terug.

un pur bonheur
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement Penthouse qui a une vue panoramique sur le lac : un pur bonheur.
la vue est époustouflante, le salon cuisine est vaste et très bien équipé, la chambre très confortable avec de grands espaces de rangements, la salle de bain est moderne et très fonctionnelle.
Bravo pour le petit déjeuner varié, très copieux et de très grande qualité (il faut absolument goûter les fromages et la charcuterie).
La plage privée réservée aux occupants de l'hôtel est un vrai plaisir (super vue, eau délicieuse).
Enfin merci à Monica et Valentina pour leur accueil attentif et chaleureux (particulièrement pour les réservations du restaurant à la dernière minute !).
Nous avons hâte d'y retourner à un autre moment de l'année (au printemps ?)

Most stunning place we have ever stayed.
Everything was perfect, Monica is an exceptional host nothing is too much trouble. The villa is immaculate with stunning views. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which exceeded our expectations.

Die Lage der Villa Antica Colonia ist herrvoragend. Man hat von überall einen herrlichen Blick auf den wunderschönen Ortasee. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ausgestattet worden. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Der täglich gelieferte Frühstückskorb, mit frischen regionalen Produkten ermöglicht so oder so einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Die Vermieterin Monica ist äusserst Hilfsbereit, sehr unkompliziert und schaut, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir erlebten eine richtige "Wohlfühl-Woche". Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
