Reservation Policy

Villa Antica Colonia is reserved only for adults (starting from 18) and is not accessible to disabled people. The upper and lower floors of the villa can be reached only by stairs.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours to be respected: between h. 23:00 and h. 08:00.


Minimum stay:

3 nights in the high season 

2 nights in other periods

 

Check-in: from h. 16.00 to h. 19.00
Check-out: h. 10.00

Terms & Conditions

 

An earnest payment equal to 30% of the reservation's total amount is required to be paid at the time of booking. The down payment amount will not be refunded to the customer in case of cancellation. The card will be used to charge or pre-authorize cancellation fees as indicated below.

 

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation

• Cancellation with a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation's total amount from 13 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.

The penalty amounts will only be charged if the reservation is actually canceled in the manner stated above. In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of a penalty fee is unsuccessful, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
